The Reliability Engineer will improve the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of industrial installations by preventing recurring breakdowns, optimizing maintenance strategies, analyzing process and maintenance data, identifying critical spare parts, and leading improvement programs with multidisciplinary teams. The role requires a master’s degree in industrial sciences or equivalent experience, five years of industrial experience, familiarity with RCM, RCA, and FMEA, strong data-analysis skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders.
