Description

Arconic is hiring a Reliability Engineer for its Tennessee Operations in Alcoa, Tennessee. The role leads equipment reliability systems and disciplines, including maintenance planning, criticality and risk analysis, RCM/FMEA, lubrication excellence, condition-based monitoring, failure troubleshooting, and continuous-improvement reporting. The engineer will collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams, train others, and report to the Director of Reliability Engineering. A bachelor’s degree in Reliability, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and at least three years of manufacturing experience in maintenance, engineering, or reliability are required; CMRP certification and additional reliability, CMMS, CBM, lubrication, Lean, Six Sigma, data analytics, and communication experience are preferred. Relocation assistance is available, travel may reach 10%, and visa sponsorship is not available.
