Description
August Bioservices is hiring a Reliability Engineer to own equipment performance, operational risk, and sustainable improvement across manufacturing equipment, process-support systems, and selected facility assets. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the role leads root-cause analysis, reliability strategies, equipment modifications, maintenance optimization, condition monitoring, data-driven improvement, and cross-functional technical leadership. The engineer partners with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Operations, Quality, Validation, Automation, MSAT, EHS, and Project Engineering, while avoiding day-to-day equipment setup and emergency breakdown coordination. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline and at least five years of engineering experience in manufacturing, maintenance, equipment reliability, process engineering, or a related field.
