Description
The Reliability Engineer will develop and execute the facility’s equipment reliability infrastructure, including an RCM program, root-cause strategies, KPI tracking, equipment criticality and FMEA analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and reliability data analysis. The role also supports scheduling, training, vendor management, budgeting, and capital projects while working with cross-functional managers to reduce unplanned downtime and improve equipment uptime. The position requires a mechanical or reliability engineering degree, at least five years of industrial maintenance or mechanical experience, CMMS experience, PLC familiarity, and U.S. work eligibility without sponsorship.
