Description
DS Smith is hiring a full-time Reliability Engineer in Burscough to manage manufacturing assets across their lifecycle and improve reliability, availability, safety, quality, and performance. The role covers preventative and predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, maintenance planning, critical spares, CAPEX support, KPI reporting, and collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and production teams. Candidates should have an engineering degree or significant manufacturing experience, relevant reliability or maintenance experience, knowledge of FMEA/FMECA, RCA, PM optimisation, and SAP or a similar maintenance management system; condition-monitoring experience is advantageous.
