Description
Emerson is seeking a hands-on Reliability Engineer to improve equipment availability, reduce unplanned downtime, and strengthen maintenance systems across foundry operations. The role leads asset reliability, preventive and predictive maintenance, CMMS administration, root-cause failure analysis, spare-parts planning, maintenance projects, shutdowns, and reliability performance management. Candidates need a relevant engineering or technical degree, at least three years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance or reliability experience, CMMS and root-cause analysis experience, and strong project-management and data-analysis skills. Foundry, industrial systems, predictive-maintenance, and reliability-certificate experience are preferred.
