Description
Formlabs is hiring a Reliability Engineer to develop and manage system, subsystem, and component validation test plans; perform electromechanical root-cause analysis; build automated testing equipment; collaborate with R&D teams on risk assessments and design reviews; and analyze field failure data to create corrective action plans. The role requires experience with electromechanical systems, sensors, actuators, mechanical components, test planning, Python prototyping, and data analysis, with Linux, scripting, SQL, and field-failure or quality-engineering experience as bonuses. The position offers an annual base-pay range of $85,000 to $120,000 USD, equity compensation, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
