HelloFresh is hiring a Reliability Engineer for its Smart Parc in Spondon, Derby. The role is a Monday-to-Friday, 40-hour position serving as the site subject matter expert for controls systems, maintenance engineering, sensors, PLCs, communication protocols, and automation. Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automation and robotics equipment; performing preventive maintenance; documenting work in CMMS and ticketing systems; mentoring maintenance personnel; leading root cause analysis; supporting commissioning; auditing vendor work; and standardizing preventive maintenance programs. The role requires engineering qualifications or practical experience in mechatronics, electrical, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering, along with PLC, automation, robotics, maintenance, and root cause analysis expertise. UK independent working rights are required because sponsorship is unavailable.
