Description
The Reliability Engineer will ensure the reliability, safety, mechanical integrity, and environmental compliance of facilities, equipment, utilities, processes, and systems at the Terre Haute plant. The role develops reliability strategies, maintenance plans, inspection criteria, preventive maintenance schedules, root-cause analyses, and continuous-improvement initiatives; supports PSM/RMP/CalARP programs; and collaborates with facilities, maintenance, and operations teams. The position reports to the Maintenance and Reliability Manager and requires a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, one to three years of chemical, food-processing, or manufacturing experience, and familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems.
