IKO Industries Ltd. is hiring a Reliability Engineer for its Sumas, Washington manufacturing facility. The role provides reliability engineering services to reduce production losses and maintenance costs, supports FMECA, RCM, and condition-monitoring programs, analyzes Maximo and production-loss data, leads reliability training and assessments, and oversees equipment modifications and contractor work. The position requires a university engineering degree, at least three years of reliability experience in continuous-process manufacturing, familiarity with condition-monitoring tools, and occasional travel. Compensation is $85,000 to $90,000, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
