Kaleidoscope, an Infosys Company, is hiring a Reliability Engineer in Lafayette, Indiana, to lead reliability improvements for CNC machining centers. The role focuses on increasing machine availability and OEE, analyzing downtime and maintenance data, conducting root-cause and reliability investigations, improving preventive and predictive maintenance, managing critical spares, and developing repeatable reliability processes. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or at least 10 years of experience, with CNC maintenance, statistical and reliability analytics, root cause analysis, and Power BI skills; Black Belt certification and Llumin CMMS+ experience are desired.
