Description
The Reliability Engineer will develop and implement proactive maintenance strategies for new and existing manufacturing equipment, reduce planned and unplanned maintenance losses, analyze failure data, and lead reliability improvement programs. The role includes predictive maintenance analysis, root-cause problem solving, maintenance training and coaching, project management, SAP PM reporting, and technical advice to maintenance area owners. A bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 10 years of related manufacturing experience is required, while CMRP or ASQ CRE certification is preferred. The position is onsite in the United States and offers a base salary of USD 79,280 to USD 109,010, with medical and dental benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and a company bonus.
