Mentor Technical Group is hiring a full-time, mid-level Reliability Engineer in Carolina, Puerto Rico. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability improvement projects, equipment availability and downtime reduction, risk assessments, asset management, CMMS and reliability documentation, cost improvement, employee training, and customer service. A bachelor’s degree in engineering is required, while maintenance and reliability professional or reliability leader certification is highly preferred; vibration analysis, thermography, and project management certifications are considered a plus.
