Description
The Equipment Reliability and Maintenance Coordinator will optimize equipment performance and coordinate preventive, corrective, and reliability-centered maintenance activities across a facility. The role analyzes equipment data, manages maintenance schedules and work orders, performs root-cause analysis, allocates resources, ensures compliance and safety, maintains reliability records, and reports performance to management. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or facilities field, at least three years of equipment reliability and maintenance coordination experience, knowledge of reliability and predictive maintenance techniques, CMMS or SAP PM familiarity, and the ability to work in plant, workshop, and office environments.
