Description
Novelis, a global leader in innovative products and services specializing in aluminum recycling, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to ensure compliance with reliability standards for Italian processes and plants. This role involves identifying and eliminating failure causes, coordinating reliability roadmaps, implementing improvement plans, overseeing predictive maintenance, managing communications, optimizing maintenance strategies, analyzing operational data, supporting projects, following up on FMEA/RCA activities, and defining critical spare parts. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree, strong teamwork and leadership skills, basic contract management knowledge, problem-solving methodologies like RCA/PDCA/8D, planning and communication skills, and fluency in both Italian and English.
