Peloton is hiring a Reliability Engineer to lead product qualification and ongoing reliability testing for new fitness hardware. The role involves building test plans, executing validation and verification, managing ODM/OEM and third-party labs, developing and automating custom test rigs, analyzing failures, supporting technicians, and standardizing documentation and test processes. Candidates should have 3–5+ years of systematic product testing experience, mechanical or electrical engineering education, SolidWorks and LabVIEW skills, statistical analysis ability, and strong communication skills.
