Description
The Reliability Engineer will develop and execute reliability programs for semiconductor process control products and components. The role covers reliability testing, failure analysis, root-cause determination, reliability modeling, statistical analysis, FMEA, accelerated life testing, environmental stress screening, field performance monitoring, supplier qualification, and design-for-reliability activities. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or materials science field, 3–7+ years of experience in reliability, quality, or product engineering, reliability testing and failure analysis experience, statistical tool knowledge, and ASQ Reliability Engineer certification.
