Description
ResMed is hiring a Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability, availability, maintainability, and performance of manufacturing equipment, processes, and products. The role partners with Product Development, Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing teams to conduct reliability assessments, root cause and failure analyses, process validation, NPI support, performance monitoring, preventive and predictive maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least five years of experience in manufacturing, medical device, or a regulated environment, along with expertise in reliability analysis, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
