Description
Sigma Design is seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer for a contract-to-hire, fully in-office position in Costa Mesa, California. The role covers reliability and safety across the product lifecycle, including predictive reliability analysis, FMEA and fault tree analysis, failure investigations, qualification and environmental testing, design reviews, manufacturing readiness, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least five years of experience in a reliability or related engineering role, experience with safety-critical systems, and U.S. citizenship. Compensation is $70.00–$93.00 per hour, with medical and dental insurance, a 401(k) match, paid time off, holidays, and a quarterly bonus program.
