Description
SpaceX is hiring a Reliability Engineer to support the design community with reliability of EEE components, avionics, and systems. The role leads reliability test planning and execution, analyzes failures, develops reliability and finite-element models, advises on electronics design and PCB reliability, and coordinates with supply chain, design, manufacturing, and production teams. Candidates need a BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, at least five years of semiconductor, package, or PCBA reliability experience, and two years of reliability modeling and statistical analysis experience. The position offers Level 1 base salary of $105,000–$145,000 and Level 2 base salary of $120,000–$175,000, along with medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, life, and other benefits.
