Description
The Reliability Engineer will support new investment and engineering projects, develop and optimize maintenance strategies using RCM, RCA, and FMEA, analyze process and maintenance data, identify critical spare parts, and lead improvement initiatives with maintenance, engineering, and production teams. The role also involves investigating failures, contributing to safety, quality, and environmental matters, and providing technical support. It requires a master's degree in industrial sciences or equivalent experience, industrial experience, and familiarity with maintenance analysis techniques; SAP and Lean Green Belt knowledge are advantageous.
