Description
UCB is hiring a Reliability Engineer focused on continuous improvement to improve the reliability, availability, and maintenance costs of technical assets at its Braine-l’Alleud campus. The role covers asset-criticality-based maintenance strategies, failure analysis, asset lifecycle decisions, GMP/HSE and regulatory compliance, predictive maintenance, data analysis, and coordination with maintenance, production, engineering, quality, HSE, asset owners, and subcontractors. The position requires an engineering degree, at least five years of reliability, maintenance, or asset-management experience, CMMS and data-analysis skills, and knowledge of regulated pharmaceutical environments; it is hybrid with 40% office work.
