Description
The Reliability Engineer ensures the optimal performance, longevity, and safety of equipment, systems, and processes at industrial facilities by minimizing unplanned downtime, reducing lifecycle maintenance costs, and improving asset integrity. The role applies reliability methodologies such as root cause analysis, FMEA, RCM, PMO, RBI, and predictive maintenance; develops preventive and predictive maintenance strategies; evaluates lifecycle costs; and provides technical guidance to maintenance and operations teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 4–6 years of reliability, asset integrity, or maintenance engineering experience, CMMS experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.
