Description
The Reliability Engineer is responsible for plant reliability measurement and improvement, mechanical integrity, risk management, failure analysis, asset performance, maintenance planning, predictive maintenance, equipment breakdown response, maintenance audits, technical reporting, and supervision of maintenance technicians and engineering staff. The role also supports production, maintenance management, budgeting, KPI tracking, safety, and equipment repair scheduling. Candidates need 3–8 years of related experience, a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent experience, CMMS experience, and strong communication and analytical skills; MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD/SolidWorks, and multi-disciplinary engineering knowledge are preferred.
