Description
ArcelorMittal Calvert is hiring an engineering professional to support reliability processes within its highly automated Steelmaking business unit in Calvert, Alabama. The role provides maintenance engineering support, leads root cause analyses, analyzes equipment performance and maintenance data, develops equipment maintenance plans, supports critical inspections, and drives solutions for repeat failures, unplanned downtime, and cost reduction. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least two years of engineering experience, and proficiency in reliability-centered maintenance and failure mode and effects analysis; manufacturing, reliability certifications, data analysis, CAD, SAP, and quality/environmental standards experience are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday with extended hours as needed in an office and industrial production setting, with hybrid opportunities depending on the position.
