Description
KBR is hiring a Reliability Engineer-Electrical to coordinate and execute the Total Reliability Program across refinery assets throughout their lifecycle. The role leads asset criticality analysis, reliability methodology implementation, SAP-based asset lifecycle management, reliability KPIs, failure analysis, and multidisciplinary reliability improvement activities, while reporting to the Project Manager and leading the reliability section. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or relevant engineering, refinery process knowledge, root-cause analysis training, at least 10 years of oil, gas, or petrochemical experience, and experience with reliability and asset lifecycle processes.
