Fairwinds Technologies is hiring a full-time Reliability Engineer for a hybrid role in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to support an AWACS Radio System Upgrade program. The position focuses on reliability, maintainability, availability, and testability of mission-critical airborne communications, avionics, cryptographic, and mission computing systems, including reliability predictions, FMECA, root-cause analysis, reliability growth, maintainability assessments, lifecycle sustainment, and program metrics. The role requires an active Secret Security Clearance at the time of employment, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, and 9+ years of reliability engineering experience, including 5+ years supporting avionics, aerospace, military aircraft, or defense systems programs.
