Abbott Diabetes Care is hiring an onsite Reliability Engineer II in Alameda, California, to investigate failures of returned readers and sensors, lead reliability and quality projects, support CAPA and nonconforming-product investigations, improve processes and software reliability, and provide technical guidance to engineers. The role requires a technical or scientific bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, product failure-analysis and reliability-investigation experience, knowledge of embedded systems and electrical design, and strong project-management and communication skills. The base salary is $81,500 to $141,300.
