Description
The Facilities Project Manager will oversee operational efficiency, safety, maintenance, and multi-disciplinary renovation and capital improvement projects. Responsibilities include coordinating design and construction activities, managing vendors and contractors, preparing estimates and schedules, tracking costs, reviewing submittals and change requests, and supporting site operations with technical investigations and equipment assessments. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a master’s degree in engineering is preferred, and more than eight years of construction project management experience.
