Description
Keurig Dr Pepper Canada is hiring a Reliability Engineer - Maintenance to improve the reliability, availability, and performance of production equipment. The role leads root-cause analysis of major failures, develops corrective-action plans, coordinates with maintenance, production, automation, engineering, quality, and health and safety teams, manages OEM and supplier investigations, and develops reliability metrics and maintenance standards. The position requires industrial maintenance knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, bilingual French and English proficiency, and a degree in mechanical or industrial engineering is a major asset. Compensation is CAD 78,300–106,700 annually, with an annual bonus and eligible benefits.
