Description
Kohl’s is hiring a Reliability Engineer to improve the resilience, availability, observability, and operational efficiency of systems and applications. The role involves incident response, root-cause analysis, automation, monitoring, failover, chaos engineering, capacity planning, on-call support, and collaboration with development and product teams on reliability practices such as SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in MIS, computer science, or a related field, at least two years of software development experience, programming in Java, Python, Go, or Node.js, systems and networking knowledge, and experience with a cloud platform.
