Description
STMicroelectronics is hiring a Reliability Engineer to support reliability qualification plans for basic components and layers of new or transferred Smart Power BCD technologies. The role focuses on dielectric-layer characterization, execution of reliability stress tests and electrical measurements, analysis of electrical data, drift analysis, and support for qualification-report release. Candidates need a master's degree in physics or electronic engineering, knowledge of reliability failure mechanisms and semiconductor technology, programming and statistical-analysis skills, and familiarity with LabVIEW and/or Python. The expected gross annual salary is €38,000–€45,000 RAL plus variable pay.
