The role supports quality and reliability objectives by conducting Dismantle Inspection Failure Analysis (DIFA) of ESP and related equipment, determining root causes, preparing technical reports, identifying corrective actions, and developing engineering solutions for repetitive failures. It also involves interpreting surveillance and equipment-history data, evaluating applications and well history, revising technical procedures, supporting acceptance tests and inspection criteria, and participating in EHS and ECN processes. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field, extensive ESP application, troubleshooting, failure analysis, and assembly/disassembly experience, and offers 10+ years of reliability engineering or quality assurance/control experience as preferred. It is a safety-sensitive, physically demanding role with shop and field exposure, some travel, and on-call requirements.
