Lockheed Martin is hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer for its Reliability & Test Engineering team. The role owns reliability across the product lifecycle, leading FMECA, reliability growth plans, FRACAS analysis, statistical process control, test methods, risk modeling, and corrective-action resolution. The engineer will collaborate with engineers, program managers, and customers, produce reliability documentation, and travel occasionally to field sites, test facilities, or customer meetings. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a STEM-related field, three years of professional experience, reliability analysis and FRACAS experience, and a Secret clearance obtainable by a United States citizen. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
