Sikorsky is hiring a full-time Reliability and Maintainability Engineer to support reliability and maintainability activities across H-60 and Advanced Design/Concept aircraft programs. The role includes reliability and maintainability analysis, FMECA and FTA, failure analysis, FRACAS, EVMS reporting, schedule management, design and failure-analysis support, and digital-transformation projects. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and 3–5 years of related experience, along with experience in reliability analysis, statistics, quality assurance, data analytics, or application development. The position offers a full-time salary range of $95,900 to $178,100 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
