Description
The Reliability Engineer will serve as the resident expert for LM Buildings, transferring over 30 years of MAXIMO data, managing asset and reliability programs, troubleshooting equipment, conducting root-cause and performance analysis, developing maintenance strategies, leading reliability-centered maintenance programs, and supporting maintenance personnel. The role requires CMMS and industrial equipment expertise, reliability and RCM experience, analytical and communication skills, and preferably a relevant engineering certification or master's degree. The full-time position offers a salary range of $85,300 to $158,300 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
