Description
The Reliability Test Engineer develops and executes reliability testing programs, including reliability demonstration testing, accelerated aging, HALT, and HASS. The role plans and leads test campaigns, conducts formal test readiness reviews, troubleshoots failures, analyzes data, and prepares status and test reports. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent experience, 3–5+ years of reliability testing experience, proficiency with test instrumentation and statistical analysis tools, and knowledge of reliability prediction and industry standards. The position offers a full-time salary range of $85,300 to $158,300 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
