Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Maintainability Engineering Sr. for the Air Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) – Increment 2 team. The role leads reliability, availability, maintainability, and testability planning and execution, including reliability predictions, built-in test, FMECA, HALT, failure investigations, design reviews, and test campaigns. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of professional experience, DoD Secret Clearance eligibility, and experience with tactical missile systems, FRACAS, reliability predictions, and hardware testing. The salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
