Lockheed Martin is hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer for its Reliability & Durability Team. The role leads component-level FMECA analyses, accelerated life and environmental testing, reliability growth analysis, failure-risk mitigation, and design or material improvements. The engineer will collaborate with design, materials, testing, and program teams, mentor junior engineers, and maintain reliability documentation throughout the product lifecycle. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 3–5 years of reliability engineering experience, MIL/IEC reliability standards knowledge, and a Final Secret clearance are required; the full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300.
