Lockheed Martin is hiring a Senior Reliability Engineer for the PAC-3 Launcher Sustainment Reliability Team. The role leads FRACAS processes, trends reliability data in Windchill, analyzes test data and reliability growth curves, identifies failure modes and root causes, recommends design or material changes, and mentors junior engineers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, 3–5 years of reliability engineering experience, FRACAS and trend-analysis expertise, knowledge of reliability standards and failure physics, and a Final Secret clearance. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
