Description
The Reliability Engineer Sr develops and delivers reliability and maintainability analyses and products for assigned programs, including maintenance concepts, RAM-T engineering products, reliability predictions, requirements, program plans, design reviews, and reliability growth models. The role also manages talent, supports flight tests and program reviews, and collaborates with engineering groups and customers. It requires a bachelor’s degree, U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Clearance, and strong technical and leadership experience; military handbooks, Cameo, statistics, and missile or sensor systems experience are desired. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
