Description
John Crane is hiring an entry-level Reliability Engineer or Technical Specialist to receive training and then work in-plant at customer facilities. The role coordinates customer work, troubleshoots mechanical seal and rotating equipment performance problems, performs failure analysis, reviews applications and engineering drawings, makes equipment recommendations, prepares reports, and supports partnership programs. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and experience with mechanical seals, rotating equipment, and basic engineering principles are preferred. The position requires computer, MS Office, machining, communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
