Description
MLC is seeking a Reliability Engineering Co-Op to support reliability, maintenance, operations, and engineering teams in improving equipment uptime, plant performance, and operational efficiency within a heavy industrial manufacturing, mining, and chemical processing environment. The co-op will assist with inspections and predictive maintenance activities, analyze equipment and maintenance data, support troubleshooting and root cause analysis, maintain reliability records and metrics, contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives, and prepare reports and presentations. Applicants must be sophomore-level or higher students pursuing a relevant engineering bachelor's degree, have at least a 2.75 GPA, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong analytical, communication, organizational, and safety skills.
