Description
The HQA Manager leads hardware testing and validation activities for industrial safety products throughout the product development lifecycle. The role develops testing plans and protocols, manages testing processes and teams, troubleshoots legacy and new products, supports reliability and accelerated life testing, maintains HQA documentation, and mentors technicians. It requires an engineering associate degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of hardware life-cycle testing and validation experience, laboratory equipment knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills. The position may travel less than 10% to customer locations and suppliers and is eligible for a bonus.
