Description
The HQA Manager leads hardware testing and validation activities for industrial safety products and solutions across the product development lifecycle. The role develops testing plans and protocols, manages testing processes and teams, troubleshoots product issues, supports reliability and accelerated life testing, maintains HQA documentation, and mentors technicians. It requires an engineering associate degree or equivalent experience, at least seven years of hardware life-cycle testing and validation experience, laboratory equipment expertise, and strong analytical and communication skills.
