Description
The Reliability Engineering Manager leads a team of Reliability Engineers and Technicians and oversees the Dismantle Inspection Failure Analysis (DIFA) process, failure investigations, root-cause analysis, reporting, technical procedures, equipment reliability, and quality-related solutions. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a closely related field, and 7+ years of Reliability Engineering or Quality Assurance/Control experience or 10+ years of related ESP Engineering experience. It involves extensive ESP component engineering, metallurgy and chemical analysis, data interpretation, client and service-center support, safety procedures, and occasional travel and on-call work.
