Description
The Reliability Engineering Technician will operate Raxium Reliability Lab equipment, run reliability stress tests, troubleshoot product failures, validate stress codes, analyze reliability data, automate reporting, and support chamber setup and installation. The role also manages MES transactions, work-in-progress tracking, SOPs, equipment audits, and documentation. It requires an associate's degree or equivalent practical experience, two years of semiconductor lab or manufacturing experience, one year of electromechanical troubleshooting experience, and precision soldering and mechanical assembly experience. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, additional semiconductor experience, reliability chamber expertise, technical documentation, Linux/Unix, Google Workspace, and basic Python. Compensation is $99,000–$140,000 USD plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
