Molex is hiring a Reliability Lab Manager in Rochester Hills, Michigan to lead the strategic direction, talent development, and operational excellence of its Reliability Laboratory. The role manages engineers, supervisors, and technicians performing reliability, environmental, mechanical, electrical, vibration, shock, thermal, humidity, and life testing; supports product qualification, design validation, customer investigations, failure analysis, and accelerated testing; and develops laboratory strategy, capital plans, capability roadmaps, and technical capability expansion. The position requires a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and at least seven years of relevant reliability, validation, testing, laboratory operations, or product qualification experience, including three years leading technical teams.
