Description
Affinity Petcare is hiring a Reliability Leader for its Maintenance team at the Castelgomberto plant. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for production equipment reliability, maintenance planning and scheduling, breakdown elimination, team supervision and coaching, KPI tracking, root-cause analysis, safety compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, quality, and other plant teams. The position requires a technical degree or certification, formal preventive-maintenance training, and 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, including supervisory or coordination experience. The salary range is €43,000–€47,000.
