Amazon is hiring a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager to lead the maintenance team and ensure the safe and reliable operation of technical equipment at a logistics facility. The role manages engineers, collaborates with safety, recruiting, budget, production, engineering, and design teams, supports preventive maintenance and emergency response, and plans equipment upgrades. It requires engineering leadership experience, a technical degree or equivalent experience, electrical and mechanical expertise, English and local-language communication at B2 or higher, experience with automated logistics equipment, and project management experience. The position is based in Torrazza, Piedmont, Italy, with a minimum gross base salary of EUR 58,300 annually.
